Study Software Computing at University of Vilnius in Lithuania

The goal of this study programme is to train specialists who can apply the conceptions of software systems in designing, creating and safely managing software systems. Graduates can implement, adapt, and take care of the software and hardware intended to solve business issues, as well as being able to apply new ideas and efficiently collaborate with specialists in European Union and other foreign countries.

Why choose Software Computing in University of Vilnius?
High level of employability. Programmer’s wages are among the highest in Lithuania and most graduates of the programme get jobs during their first year of study.

What comes after?
A career as a programmer. The graduates of this programme typically develop their careers in companies which create software, information systems, databases and so on.
A career in the IT department of a company or institution. You will be able to apply your knowledge of programme systems while working in organizations that provide electronic devices, such as banks, insurance companies or state institutions.
Other careers requiring a knowledge of programming, which include programme system architects, analysts, programme quality specialists, system testers and IT project managers.

Motivational interview
Due to the differences in education systems in different countries, SA reserves the right to assess the applicant’s eligibility for studies individually and organize testing of the knowledge in Mathematics.
In addition, all applicants have to fulfil the general admission requirements which include graduation documents, official translation of documents, motivation letter, language proficiency certificate and certified copy of passport or ID card.
