Program detail:
Degree titles: Bachelor of Culture and Arts
Length of education: 4 years
Scope of studies: 240 ECTS credits
Type of studies: Daytime (full-time) studies (Kouvola) and Online studies
Daytime (full-time) studies: Students work from Monday to Friday at Meduusa Studio and can use the facilities in the evenings and on weekends.
Online sessions 1–2 days a week (Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Finnish time UTC +2 EET). Online degree does not entitle to residence permit in Finland.
Content
- In the first year, you learn the basics of game design, tools, and software.
- In the second year, you improve skills in game development and design your first game with a team.
- In the third year, you gain knowledge of the game business and work on a development project.
- In the fourth year, you focus on practical training and complete your thesis.
